After I saw 75 year old women sweeping the grass in front of the Taj Mahal in a deep squat, I realised how DISABLED I was due to the western habit of sitting in CHAIRS. I stopped using chairs as much as possible and have regained the strength and flexibility of my body, although it took about 2 years doing it very gradually. Remember that seniors living alone who fall and are unable to get themselves up and off the floor by themselves have no option but to move into a Retirement Residence of some kind, so that someone is available 24/7 to help them get up. What motivation to get our bodies BACK TO NORMAL, strong and flexible. Thank you for this VERY IMPORTANT and valuable video. Continued success in your work. B-)
